I have created what I think could be a really good pen name. My normal name (which I will not write here) is very boring and ordinary and I want something memorable. So me and my friend (who has also created a pen name) decided on Azen Star for a pen name.
I want to know what you think.
Do you like this better or should I go with my real name.
What would you do? go with your real name or a pen name and why?

I'm going with a penname because
1)My real name won't sell very well on book covers
2)My penname is so pretty
3)ITS A NEW ERA! What with ppl naming their kids Superman, Friday, and after Jello brands...I'd love to see writers start to develop awesome amazing random and pretty pennames instead of the same old, boring real names.
On that note...who here can honestly say "Lemony Snicket" is a realistic name? Oooo I also came across an author with the penname "December Quinn" of which I am extremely jealous.
